Last week, I saw Enchanted. It was interesting. I laughed through a song and dance scene that took place in Central Park. I thought it was so funny and corny the way they did it.
Last night, despite talk of controversy about it in my area, my husband and I saw The Golden Compass. I don't see what the hype is all about. I loved it and hope they are able to do the sequal. It's a little like Lord of the Rings where the ending of the movie is a bit of an introduction to the sequal. This one set up the storyline and got a few things accomplished, but leaves the ultimate goal of the main character to the next one. I put it right up there with Narnia and LOTR with the style. There's a lot of fighting, but not much gore and blood, which is my preference. The worse part is an ice bear fight where one of them ends out dead and jawless.

Watched some wierd movies last weekend (my friend works at Blockbuster so she rents free and picks odd titles):
Interview (Steve Buschemi and Sienna Miller - very odd) Yellow (don't watch it)
And re-watched Zoolander and Madea's Family Reunion.

Due to my recent interests in collecting Transformers toys and paraphenilla, including the Star Wars Transformers...I finally watched Star Wars last night for the first time. I watched the first Star Wars movie. I really enjoyed it and kept up with everything going on and intend on watching all the others pretty soon. I know, I know, I am behind the times with all the Sci-Fi classics, but Transformers has pushed me to want to get caught up.

I finally got to see 30 Days of Night. I know it seems a bit late but I was sick over the weekend so it gave me some time to watch some movies. Anyway, I thought it was pretty good. The ending was a bummer but oh well I still liked the movie. I also watched Dan In Real Life with Steve Carell. It was a pretty good movie. I am not usually into love stories because I am too sensitive and they make me cry It was a good movie though.

Over the past couple of weeks I have watched the following.
Mr. Woodcock - A couple of funny scenes but for the most part this movie sucked.
3 Days to Vegas - Again a few funny scenes but this movie sucked too.
Hitman - I would give this one a 6 out of 10 only because the action in it was pretty cool. Other than that, it sucked.
Flatliners - An old movie but I still love it. I have it on DVD so I decided to watch it while I did stuff around the house.
Iron Man - As you all know, I think this movie rocks!!

Wanted - Great Hellboy 2 - Not quite as good as the first Journey to the Center of the Earth 3D - Really cool! JFK - Freakin awesome - what a cast of actors. The Phantom Menace - My favorite of the prequels Attack of the Clones - Slow at times but some of the greatest visuals in all the SW films... and Yoda with a lightsaber Transformers - I think that was the 7th time
