It's not like the first movie, but it's got some great funny moments in it. It's never gonna win an Oscar, it's just a fun way to spend an hour and a half (or so).

Ah, I forgot to mention that we watched Little Miss Sunshine (a few weeks ago, actually).
It was really quirky and strange, but we loved it. I was so glad to see Alan Arkin win the Oscar for his role in it - his character was my favorite. I suggest it, but just remember it is an Indie film so it's strange.

I'll gotta check it out then Lou! ^ You really liked Little Miss Sunshine? I love a good indie film but I couldn't get into this one. I thought it was, almost too unreal and I've always felt like indie films are quirky ways of looking at real life. I don't know, hardly anyone agrees with me and says it the greatest but I just didn't see it

I loved it. It was a little absurd, especially the part after the hotel (I don't want to ruin it for others). But I loved that they did all they could to stay together at the end, when at the beginning they all wanted to simply get away from each other. And I loved grandpa. Loved him.
We saw Ice Age 2 the other night. I really really liked it. One of the rare films that was as good as the first one.

Finally we watched Superman Returns. We both thought it was okay... I wished there had been more Luther-Superman interaction.

We watched Casino Royale the other night. Pretty good. I liked Daniel Craig (I like him anyway) but it'll take me awhile to get used to him. I loved Pierce Brosnan.

What's Duplex?
I've seen a bunch of movies lately. Being the newly turned couch potato that I am.
Bridge to Teribithia - Just way too sad and close too home for me.
The Last Mimzy - Good film but just a bit toooo cute.
The 300 - Disgusting, twisted stuff... but great fight scenes and gore.
The Incredibles - Twice, with my niece... because she fell asleep the first time.
Star Wars - yeah the original - It still does it for me.
Dante's Peak - Always liked it, didn't understand the criticism.
Water World - see above...

Duplex is a Ben Stiller/Drew Barrymore movie... not Ben's regular goofy stuff, more of a dark comedy. Danny Devito directed it.
