Excellent Val! *laughs at MIB because he can't hold his liquor* Hey MIB are you getting bad weather from the storm ernesto? We live in the mountains so we are mostly protected, but the outer bands of Ernesto did combine with a frontal system on top of us and we got several inches of heavy rain yesterday... no wind though. I bet Weenbeens will get some rain in Virginia from this storm also.

LOVE wet weather, I'm thinking about moving somewhere colder/wetter because SoCal can be such a dry place most of the times. When it finally rains, you can see Val running down the streets, rejoicing! ;D

It's sad about the Crocodile Hunter. The world could use more people like him with all that positive energy.

*puts on best sad puppy dog face and holds his glass out for mojito* I could be stuck on an island for about a week, then I'd miss beer, tv/movies, music and female company. No, I couldn't do it I'd be talking to Wilson in a week. Oh no you did NOT just post that pic! Pours green tea all over Xp while demanding a refund for the worst movie I ever endured. Why does Laura Dern cry like that? Her mouth goes in a rectangle *Sigh*

This is why the feminist "movement " (from her day) never went anywhere. Germaine-- Please do go quietly into that good night.

He brought knowledge and more importantly joy to A LOT of people and lived A LOT of life in his 44 years.

Steve Irwin rocked. He was so much fun to watch because he really loved what he did. And I loved the shows he did with his family - Terry, Bhindi, and baby Bob. They did a travel show with all four of them through the US and it was so neat to watch them together, teaching the kids so early to appreciate nature.

*Brings in a round of rootbeer floats for everyone* Tell us your favorite Steve Irwin moment - Here's mine... When he was in a tree with a wild Orangutan. He shouts "Woooooooooohooooooooo, she's a lactating female!" He then grabs one of her... well you know... and hollers "Woooooooooooooo" again. I was laughing so hard my drink came out my nose.

I think mine was on the show I was talking about above. He and his family were travelling in a pimped-out van (like a camper) going to all these state parks. Well, at one park, they came upon a group of elk (I think, it might have been deer, but I think it was elk), and Steve was teaching baby Bob how to stalk up on the elk. It was SOOOOOO cute. That whole show was cute, though. I just really liked seeing him with his family.

*pops open an ice cold bottle of IBC creme soda*
I saw on the news today where it is suspected that people are killing stingrays out of revenge... for the Crocodile Hunter...
*holds up bottle of creme soda... and drinks to STUPID people*

No way are people that spiteful! I can't believe they would do that. I mean, Irwin was a great guy and an active environmentalist, but that's just a step too far by his fans on his "behalf." Oh the irony!
