Well, I decided that since my due date is next wednesday, if I was going to do anything like this myself I'd better get it up. If you would like to guess what day Daisy will be born, her length, and weight, please do so. Once she is born and I'm out of the hospital, I'll announce the actual date and stats.
I'll offer 5 rep points for each correct guess, and a total of 20 points if someone gets all 3 correct.

Well, I haven't had any progress since my last Dr. appointment, but if she does not come before Friday, we're going to make her come. Though there is every possibility she will come on her own before then.

Well, I got back from the hospital today and have been resting up for most of the day. Decided to do this quickly while Daisy's sleeping. Friday, I went in to be induced around 8 AM. The rate things were going, I was begining to wonder if she was ever going to be born. Hooked up to everything, numb from the epidural for most of the day. The doctor even had to break the water twice, but at 7:20 PM on August 3, she was born. The cord was around her neck once and she had problems breathing at first, so her first meal wasn't until the following morning. Here's the final stats: Date: Aug 3 Weight: 7 lb 3 oz Length: 20 inches The winner by only one ounce off is Val! I'll get the reward going for your nearly dead-on guesses in time. I've also got an adorable picture of her that was taken at the hospital and put on-line. Daisy Anne |
